Hot Mama - a class for all moms who would like to practice hot yoga but because of their babies are no longer able to come to the studio on a regular basis. To this course – you can bring the little one with you! Have them lie on a little blanket next to you or take them in your arms and practice with them.
The Series is based on the classic Hot Yoga series and includes a number of belly and pelvic-floor exercises for strengthening the core muscles. The yoga room isn't heated specifically but maintains a relatively pleasant temperature of 30 degrees, allowing your baby to take part either in the nude or just wearing a diaper, fall asleep or just be happy doing whatever they want to.
The class is 60 minutes long and you have enough time at the end of it to tend to your needs as well as to those of your baby's.
