Hip Opener - the first of our Focuspoint classes, is a series of exercises which focus on increasing the flexibility and strength of your hips. The asanas tend first and foremost to the correct positioning of the hips, which is vital in class as well as in everyday life. The different poses are bound together by sun salutations which also serve to warm up the body. Shoulders, arms and core muscles are also not left out in this series and are tended to in the various poses, resulting in a holistic and complete practice.
