Bikyasa Yoga fulfills one of the oldest principles of yoga. As a combination of Bikram Yoga (The original Hot Yoga) and the traditional Vinyasa style, it binds peace and concentration with meditation in motion, it energizes body and mind and increases awareness and the sense of self.


The specific intention behind each posture follows the wisdom and guidance of teachers who have based their sequences on similar principles. Each posture is in preparation for the next. More so than the original Hot Yoga sequence, the Bikyasa sequence offers an extremely dynamic whole-body-training including both a standing sequence and a floor sequence. Bikyasa is practiced in a room heated to 30-35°C.
